Privacy notice
Effective: 23 August 2026
This notice covers the use of the campoff.eu website. CampOFF is a recommendation site: it does not run a webshop and does not handle orders, payments or user accounts.
Who handles your data?
The site is operated by A Márkaépítő Kft. (registered office and company details on the Imprint page). Contact: at the e-mail address given below.
What data do we handle?
Log data (IP address in shortened form, browser and device type, referring page), event data generated during the visit (pages opened, calculator use, clicks), and campaign identifiers (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) plus the first landing page.
For what purpose?
Operating and securing the site; understanding which content helps people decide; measuring the effectiveness of our advertising. We do not build profiles of identified individuals and we do not sell data.
Cookies
Cookies necessary for operation store your language choice and your consent, on the legal basis of legitimate interest. Measurement and marketing cookies (Google Analytics 4, Meta pixel, TikTok pixel) are only loaded after your explicit consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time with the Cookie settings button.
Campaign identifiers and partner links
For visits arriving from advertising we store the campaign identifiers for the duration of the visit, so we can see which advert brought useful traffic. If a partner link appears on the site, clicking it puts the destination shop's own data handling into effect. Until a partner programme is approved there is no outbound partner link on the site.
Language and currency
We store your chosen language and market in your browser so you see the right content next time. This is not suitable for identifying you.
Getting in touch
If you write to us by e-mail, we handle the correspondence data for as long as answering your enquiry requires.
How long do we keep it?
Measurement event data for at most 14 months, server-side logs for at most 30 days.
What rights do you have?
You may request a copy of the data relating to you, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, and you may object to processing. You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
