Roadtrip
Power station + solar + DC-DC charger + fridge — the classic road-trip set.
CampOFF
This is how we would use this system
This setup is for the classic road trip: you cover some distance every day and you need cooling.
In a well-sized road-trip system, DC-DC charging while driving and the solar panel together reduce the net daily shortfall. Exactly how much storage and how much panel that needs is what the CampOFF calculator works out from your own habits. The dual-zone fridge is in there so you do not have to choose between frozen and chilled food.
The compromise it removes: you do not have to carry a big, heavy system just to avoid running out.

Energy balance expected
The estimated daily recharge matches consumption, so quoting a finite number of days here would be wrong.
What the estimate assumes
- good sunshine (about 3.5 full sun hours a day)
- 2 hours of driving a day
What does it cover?
About 620 Wh a day: compressor fridge, phones, lighting, a laptop.
Who is it for?
Road trips where you move every day and need cooling.
Charging options
From the alternator on the move, from solar on days you stay put.
What is in the bundle
Price observed in the EU shop of the partner selling this product. Local prices may differ — always check the current price in the shop. Where there is no official local price, we convert the EU reference price at the Hungarian National Bank's official rate for the day, rounded up. This is an estimate, not the shop's price — the partner shop bills in its own currency. Purchase links go live once each partner programme is approved, brand by brand. Until then this page is information only.
Another version of the same answer
The same use, different hardware and a different shop. The name says what differs — this is a choice, not a ranking.
Roadtrip – with a stronger inverter
The same road-trip need with more capacity and an inverter that also starts a kettle, from a single shop.
